Have a due date in mind? Let us know! While we can't always guarantee a finish date, we work hard to ensure orders are filled in a timely manner. (We often see between 3 and 5 weeks for turn-around on custom cutting boards depending on the season.)

Prior to submitting your order, please review your form to ensure that the information you have provided is correct!
Once your order is submitted, our team will review it and reach out via phone or email for any details we may need, a final quote on your board, and to schedule payment arrangements.

*PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING COMMENT REGARDING PAYMENT* We apologize that we cannot accept payment via credit or debit at this time. As orders can take a number of weeks to fill, Bear Hand Customs will first complete your item(s) as ordered, then ship the item(s) promptly upon receiving payment. By doing so, this allows the customer to retain their money until the item is ready to ship! Large-ticket orders may be subject to a partial sum down-payment to offset production costs. Bear Hand Customs is ready to accept payment via the following methods when your order is ready to ship: Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, Local Check or Cash-On-Delivery. If you are unfamiliar with Venmo or CashApp, but have a smart-phone, you can download the FREE mobile applications, and simply link it to your debit card to begin sending and receiving payments! It's very easy. We apologize for the current state of inconvenience, and are actively taking steps to secure credit/debit payments for the future. Thank you for your understanding.
