• Return Policy: We will accept returns of UNUSED products postmarked up to one week following receipt of products. While wood and metal can be delicate materials to work with, we give our best efforts to mitigate any issues by drafting, producing and shipping products in a safe and practical manner. While we cannot accept returns after any type of use, we are willing to work with our customers should problems arise related to our craftsmanship of the product.
